2. Account and Verification

You are responsible for accurate account details. We may require phone verification using a one-time SMS code to authenticate account access.

3. Orders and Payments

Prices, taxes, fees, and availability are displayed in-app and may change. Once an order is confirmed by a merchant, cancellation or modifications may be limited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, abuse support channels, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

5. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Continued use of EatupExpress after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
